Kitty Pryde of the X-men and my Dragoon from Final Fantasy 11.

Kitty turned out pretty good, but the dragoon has some issues. Mostly because I just kind of added her in. Originally it was going to be just Kitty and lockheed, but than I decided to add more to it.

Hey this is cute. The hands look really good. Kitty's feet are a little small. As always I am in love with the coloring. The legs look really good too. I'm not sure why I like them I just do.

Shame on Kitty for wearing such a short skirt. She may be like 20, but she'll always be 14 in my eyes!

I think the Dragoon's mostly okay. Maybe her posture is a little stiff, but that could just be attributed to her bulky armor... But I agree, Kitty did turn out excellent. Love her pose. :)

Lol, yeah. She's always been my favorite. Too bad in the ultimates they just make her a place holder for other's relationships.

Yeah, I think the dragoon stiffened up when I started trying to add detail to the armor.

I liked the idea when I was starting it. Just wish I had planned it out a little better.

woww!! i really like how kitty looks. the coloring is also great.

My only thing is, i feel the upper arm of hers (our right) doesn't really match up. i think it may be the curve down from the shoulders, but if you had just went from shoulders to elbows in "a line", then it would be more natural. I can't help but see that she currently has an extra joint hiding behind her hand, near her breast. :X

The (our view) left arm though, is done very very well.

none the less, I love your colors, I love the shadowing--- and most of all! It was soo CUTE! :D

I really want to see you try incorporating cast shadows in this picture, so there is more of a sense of depth, especially for the purple dragon.

nice work :3

I actually started to work with lockheed's shadow, but I was too pissed off at the mithra turning out so stiff. Just wanted to get her colored by that point. Thinking about re-doing her and photoshopping her back in. Just not sure if a really will or when. If I do I'll attempt to make the shadow on her. XD

hahaha , I do really enjoy the peice though.

:( So taking an "art anatomy" / figure portrait class, i finally believe I can draw things without them being so posed all the time--- of course, without fustrations too :P

I say art anatomy, because there's stuff in art that is emphasized that usually isn't so visible IRL. Hahah!

Was the paper too small? I've had that happen before. Start on an ultrafabulous picture only to have the feet cut off.
